Our software does not send any user information when connecting to the internet.
Email addresses
Some Nobex products require the user’s email address. This address is used to send emails which the user has explicitly requested Nobex Technologies to send, to confirm registration of the product, or to provide product updates from Nobex Technologies. This email address will not be shared with any other company.
Use of your personal information
Nobex Partners collects and uses your personal information to operate the Nobex Partners Web site and deliver the services you have requested.
Nobex Partners does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties. Nobex Partners may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. In those cases, your unique personally identifiable information (e-mail, name, address, telephone number) is not transferred to the third party. In addition, Nobex Partners may share data with trusted partners to help us perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to Nobex Partners, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.
Nobex Partners does not use or disclose sensitive personal information, such as race, religion, or political affiliations, without your explicit consent.
Nobex Partners keeps track of the Web sites and pages our customers visit within Nobex Partners, in order to determine what Nobex Partners services are the most popular. This data is used to deliver customized content and advertising within Nobex Partners to customers whose behavior indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area.
Data Deletion
To maintain and improve service continuity and quality, data is deleted by explicit request either on our platform or by email, provided and insofar that such deletion does not prevent Nobex Partners or the Data Subject to comply with their legal or contractual obligations. If you want us to delete your data without accessing our platform, follow the procedure below:
Request data deletion Send us an email from the email you shared with us to cait@nobexinc.com with subject ‘Data deletion request’.
Verify your identity We will send you an email to the address you used to register your account with some steps to verify your identity.
Data deletion Once we confirm your identity and we confirm that the requested deletion is not subject to any legal or contractual limitation or exception, we will proceed insofar with the deletion of your Personal Data.
Non-personal information
We may bundle and share the non-personal information we collect from users with advertisers, third parties, trusted partners and affiliates so that they display advertising that better suits the user’ interests. We may aggregate personally identifiable information with information about others. In that case we will make the information non-personally identifiable by removing any name and other characteristics that would identify the user. We may use and/or share the resulting non-PII with third parties. Anyone may choose to opt-out from allowing us to provide non-PII to certain partners, by sending us an email to optout@nobexinc.com
