Our software does not send any user information when connecting to the internet.
Email addresses
Some Nobex products require the user’s email address. This address is used to send emails which the user has explicitly requested Nobex Technologies to send, to confirm registration of the product, or to provide product updates from Nobex Technologies. This email address will not be shared with any other company.

Nobex Partners collects and uses your personal information to operate the Nobex Partners Web site and deliver the services you have requested.

Nobex Partners keeps track of the Web sites and pages our customers visit within Nobex Partners, in order to determine what Nobex Partners services are the most popular. Integration with YouTube Services
Our services use the YouTube API Services. By using our services, you are agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Additionally, our use of information received from YouTube APIs adheres to the Google Privacy Policy Google Privacy Policy.
Data Handling with YouTube API
Data Refresh and Update: We process information daily according to the user’s connected account to ensure that our service remains up-to-date and relevant to the user’s needs.
Data Deletion: Users can discontinue the integration and request deletion of their data at any time. Upon disconnection, all data obtained from YouTube is deleted from our systems in accordance with our data deletion policies outlined in the Data Deletion section of this policy.
Data Deletion and Access Revocation
Users can manage and delete their data via our platform or by email request. To request data deletion, please send an email from the address associated with your account to cait@nobexinc.com with the subject ‘Data Deletion Request’. We will verify your identity and proceed with data deletion, provided it does not conflict with legal or contractual obligations. Non-personal information
We may bundle and share the non-personal information we collect from users with advertisers, third parties, trusted partners and affiliates so that they display advertising that better suits the user’ interests. We may aggregate personally identifiable information with information about others. In that case we will make the information non-personally identifiable by removing any name and other characteristics that would identify the user. We may use and/or share the resulting non-PII with third parties. Anyone may choose to opt-out from allowing us to provide non-PII to certain partners, by sending us an email to optout@nobexinc.com
